Returns Policy

Here at Roche Bridge Antiques we understand that there may be occasions when our customers may wish to return an item. This may be because you have simply changed your mind, or you may feel that the goods do not match the description given.​

Change of Mind

Please notify us within 2 days of purchase and ensure that the goods are returned within 14 days of receipt. All items should be sent back to us in good condition, in its original packaging and using the same courier it was sent by. We will inspect the goods and if they are in the same condition as when sold, a refund will be issued back to the original payment source within 2 working days. The customer is responsible for the cost of sending the item back.

Faulty goods

Please notify us that you are not happy with your puchase within 30 days stating the reason for the return. If we have unknowingly missed a defect or if the item has been damaged in transit, we will generate a prepaid return label. The goods should be sent in its original packaging and should include our receipt. Once the item has been delivered back to us and inspected, we will issue a full refund back to the original payment source within 2 working days.

NB As we sell predominantly antique items, signs of use and wear commensurate with age is common. These will not be considered to be a sign of "faulty goods" unless there has been an oversight and a serious flaw has not been described in our listing.
