Simply Stunning pair of Royal Worcester tea trios hand painted by Ernest Phillips.

 
Each piece is beautifully painted to the centre with an array of flowers on a white ground. A yellow and pale pink border encircles the central motif which has a lavishly gilded scroll, fan and flower pattern accented with raised enamel “beads”.

 
Each piece is signed by Ernest Phillips and all pieces have bright and vibrant gilding. 

 
The reverse is printed with the Royal Worcester mark and the dating system places this trio to 1921 however, the impressed date is earlier.
 
My final two pictures show that both cups have non penetrating hairlines emanating from the foot rim. Neither is visible to the interior.
