Fantastic period art Deco four arm chandelier dating to the 1920s.
The light fitting has four frosted glass panels reminiscent of waves which slot into a solid brass frame. Each “arm” of the frame has a new brass gallery with frosted flower shaped shades. The chandelier is suspended by four substantial barley twist poles that hook into a brass ceiling rose which perfectly matches the design of the frame.
The chandelier is unmarked however, I believe it to be French in origin.
The chandelier has a drop of approximately 65cm and is approximately 58cm wide.
The lamp was dismantled cleaned and polished. It has been rewired with new transparent cable (blue and brown show through the glass I found!) using the original bulb holders and now is earthed.
There are eight bulb holders of the large bayonet type but as there are so many types, LED, cool white, daylight, warm white which buyer may have a preference for, the bulbs not included.
The last picture shows the chips to the four large glass panels, these cannot be seen when fitted into the brass frame.
