Genuine Art Deco plafonnier made by Sabino, Paris, France.
The centre of the plafonnier appears to be a stylised rose motif with sunburst type lines emanating from it.
Fully marked “Sabino Paris Depose 4593” and with the original hanging hooks also in a rose design and with a thick felt washer to prevent damage to the glass. That said, there is a small chip to the inside rim (unnoticeable when in situ) as per my photographs.
Antique bronzed/brass triple hanging pendant light fittings and chain readily available on line. I haven’t purchased this myself in case the buyer prefers chrome.
This is a substantial piece of true Art Deco glass by an eminent glass maker. As such, it will be generously bubble wrapped and sent in an oversized box suspended in void fill to ensure safe delivery.
