Large pink ceramic apothecary jar dating to the 19th century.
The jar is white glazed earthenware with a puce band and lid. The front of the jar has a lozenge shaped frame with glass front under which the silver, gold and red foil label reads PARAFF:MOLLE. (Soft white paraffin commonly used for skin conditions).
Overall the jar is in excellent condition for its age but isn’t perfect.
The glass has “blown” (separated from the background which allows air in)

Tiny nibble to lid
All as pictured and none bar the blown glass front visible when lid is in place.
