Antique English/French? Brass Table Lamp With White Milk Glass Shade Circa 1900 - 1918.
 
Pretty table lamp 48cm tall with a shade diameter of 19cm.
 
The lamp has a brass base with ornate scrolling foot very reminiscent of the art nouveau period. There is a decorative Knop at the mid point of the lamp base and original switched bulb holder is present. The extended ring gallery supports the original opaque satin glass shade, which has a been moulded with an elegant fluted pattern.
 
The top of the lamp has a brass finial which perfectly echoes the pattern of the shade.
